Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026Last updated September 23, 2026Yo Marketing Co., Youngstown, Ohio

The short version

  • These terms cover this website — browsing it, submitting a form, and requesting the free audit. Paid work is governed by a separate signed agreement.
  • The audit is free and carries no obligation, and it is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
  • We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or deals. Nobody honestly can — Google decides, not us.
  • Ohio law governs, and disputes are handled in Mahoning County.
This summary is for convenience only. The full terms below are what govern.

01Agreement to these terms

By accessing seorealestatepros.com, submitting a form, or requesting the free audit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

02Who we are

SEO Real Estate Pros is a search marketing brand operated by Yo Marketing Co., based in Youngstown, Ohio. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that entity. “You” refers to the person or business using this site.

03Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes connected to evaluating or purchasing our services. You agree not to:

  • Submit false information, or another person's details without their permission
  • Scrape, crawl or harvest content, forms or contact details by automated means
  • Attempt to access parts of the site, servers or accounts you are not authorised to access
  • Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt the site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it
  • Copy substantial portions of this site's content for use on a competing website

We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who breaches these terms.

04The free audit

We offer a free market and website audit, referred to on this site as the Deal Gap Audit. The following applies to it:

  • It is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase anything.
  • Turnaround is typically three business days for a single market and longer for multi-market requests. This is a target, not a contractual commitment.
  • The document is yours to keep and to use — including with your own team or another agency — whether or not you become a client.
  • It is prepared from data available at the time, including third-party tools and public sources. Search data changes constantly and figures represent a point in time.
  • It is an opinion and an analysis, not a warranty, a valuation, or professional advice of any other kind.
  • We may decline to produce an audit, including where the market is already served by an existing client or where the request appears to come from a competitor.
Access: if you grant us read-only access to an analytics or Search Console account, you may revoke it at any time and we ask that you do so once the audit is delivered. We do not require access to produce an audit.

05Client engagements are governed separately

These terms govern this website only. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement setting out scope, deliverables, fees, term and cancellation. Nothing on this website — including pricing indications, timelines, delivery schedules or case studies — forms part of that agreement or creates a binding offer.

Where these terms and a signed services agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls.

06No guarantee of results

Search engine rankings, traffic, leads and closed transactions depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity, market conditions, your responsiveness to leads, and the quality of your offer.

We do not guarantee any specific ranking position, volume of traffic, number of leads, number of contracts, or amount of revenue. Any timeframes, ranges or outcomes described on this site, in an audit, or in a proposal are estimates based on experience and are not promises.

If anyone guarantees you a ranking: that is either a term with no demand behind it or a tactic that risks your domain. We say this publicly on our services page, and we say it here.

Case studies published on this site describe specific engagements and are not representative of typical results. Results vary by market, competition and execution.

07Market exclusivity

We describe a practice of working with one operator per market. That practice is a commercial commitment made in a signed services agreement, where the covered market is defined precisely. Nothing on this website reserves a market for you, and availability is not held while you consider a proposal.

Requesting an audit does not create exclusivity, priority, or any obligation on our part to decline other operators in your area.

08Your responsibilities

Where you engage us, the work depends on things only you can supply. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business, the markets you operate in, and the transactions you complete
  • Supply local material we request — photographs, deal context, pricing detail — within a reasonable time
  • Hold all necessary rights to any content, images or trademarks you provide to us
  • Maintain ownership of and access to your own domain, hosting, analytics, Google Business Profile and CRM
  • Respond to leads generated by the work; we are not responsible for outcomes affected by delayed or absent follow-up

09Intellectual property

The content, design, code and structure of this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. You may not republish, resell or systematically copy this site's content without written permission.

Work produced for clients

Content, pages and assets we create for a client under a signed agreement belong to that client on payment, as set out in that agreement. Our underlying methods, templates, checklists and processes remain ours.

Trademarks, logos and brand names appearing on this site belong to their respective owners. References to third-party platforms are for identification only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

10Third-party platforms

Our work depends on platforms we do not own or control, including Google Search, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and CRM and telephony providers. Those platforms change their rules, algorithms and features without notice.

  • We are not responsible for changes made by those platforms, including algorithm updates that affect rankings
  • We are not responsible for account suspensions, listing removals or policy actions taken by a platform, except where directly caused by our own breach of these terms or a services agreement
  • We do not control the availability or uptime of third-party services
Worth stating plainly: a Google Business Profile suspension can follow from practices that predate our involvement. Where that happens we will help pursue reinstatement, but we cannot guarantee the outcome — Google decides.

11Communications

By submitting a form, you agree we may contact you about your request by email, phone and — where you have provided a mobile number and given consent — by text message.

  • Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message
  • Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply
  • Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of receiving the free audit

How we handle the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12Disclaimers

The website and the free audit are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or accuracy of information.

We do not warrant that this site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current. Content on this site is general information about search marketing. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or real estate investment advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Consult an appropriately licensed professional before making decisions about your business.

Note: some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Yo Marketing Co., its owners, employees or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost deals, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website, the free audit, or any content on this site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website and the free audit shall not exceed {{one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100)}}.

Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the limitation set out in the applicable signed services agreement, not by this section.

Check before publishing: liability caps are the clause most often struck down when copied. Have an attorney confirm the figure and the wording are enforceable for your entity and state.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yo Marketing Co., its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal fees arising out of: your use of this website in breach of these terms; any content, images or trademarks you supply to us; or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mahoning County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Informal resolution first

Before filing anything, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and allow 30 days to resolve the matter informally. Most disagreements are settled with a phone call.

Decide with your attorney: whether to add a binding arbitration clause and a class-action waiver here. Both are common for agencies and both have trade-offs. This draft deliberately leaves them out rather than including boilerplate you have not chosen.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
