The short version

  • We collect what you give us — name, email, phone, your website and the counties you operate in — plus standard analytics about how you used this site.
  • We use it to reply to you, to prepare the audit you asked for, and to improve how the site works.
  • We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone for marketing.
  • You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].
This summary is for convenience only. The full policy below is what governs.

01Who we are

SEO Real Estate Pros is a search marketing brand operated by Yo Marketing Co., a company based in Youngstown, Ohio. This policy explains how we handle information collected through seorealestatepros.com and the forms, phone numbers and email addresses published on it.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover our clients' websites, which have their own policies, or the platforms we link to.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, email address and phone number when you submit a form
  • Your website address and the counties or cities you operate in
  • Anything else you choose to type into a form field, send by email, or say on a call
  • Optional read-only access you may grant to your Google Search Console or analytics for the purposes of an audit

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type and device type
  • Pages viewed, time on page, referring source, and the search terms that brought you here where the search engine passes them
  • Cookie and pixel identifiers as described in section 4

Information from third parties

  • Publicly available business information used to prepare an audit, such as a Google Business Profile, a website, or a company listing
  • Advertising and analytics platforms may report aggregate information about how visitors reached us
Note: we do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or any information about your sellers or clients. Please do not send them.

03How we use information

  • To respond to you and to prepare the audit or proposal you requested
  • To contact you about that request by email, phone or text, where you have provided the relevant details and consent
  • To operate, secure and improve this website
  • To measure which pages and marketing channels produce enquiries
  • To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

04Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to understand how it is used, and to measure marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not function normally if you do.

Categories of cookies and tracking technologies used on this site
TypePurpose
EssentialPage delivery, form submission and security. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics{{Google Analytics 4}} — aggregate measurement of pages viewed and actions taken.
Form & CRM{{LeadConnector / GoHighLevel}} — delivers the embedded forms and records submissions.
Advertising{{Google Ads and/or Meta pixel, if used}} — measures whether an ad led to an enquiry. Delete this row if you do not run retargeting.
Call tracking{{Provider}} — assigns a phone number so we can tell which page produced a call.

Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

05Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for other companies' marketing purposes.

We do share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the business:

  • Our CRM and form platform, {{GoHighLevel / LeadConnector}}
  • Our analytics provider, {{Google}}
  • Our email and telephony providers, {{names}}
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and attorneys, where necessary

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety or property. If the business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

06Call recording

{{If we record calls: We may record or transcribe calls for quality, training and record-keeping. Where recording takes place you will be notified at the start of the call, and you may ask us not to record.}}

Check before publishing: delete this section entirely if you do not record calls. If you do, confirm your notice practice with an attorney — consent requirements differ by state and you take calls nationwide.

07Email communications

If you submit a form or email us, we will reply, and we may follow up about that request. We do not add you to a general marketing list without your consent.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; we may still send transactional messages about something you specifically asked for, such as delivering an audit you requested.

08SMS and text messaging

If you provide a mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, we may send you messages about the request you submitted — for example, confirming an audit or arranging a call.

Consent

  • Consent to receive text messages is obtained when you submit a form on this site and check the box agreeing to be contacted by SMS. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or (330) 574-9459.
  • Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email, and does not delete information already collected. Ask us and we will delete it.
No sharing of mobile data: mobile phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS, and consent to receive SMS, are not shared or sold to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging providers who deliver the messages on our behalf.

09How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide the service you asked for and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations — typically {{X years}} after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics platform we use, currently {{X months}}.

10Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our CRM, and limiting who on our team can see enquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you grant us read-only access to an analytics account for an audit, you can revoke that access at any time from your own account, and we ask that you do so once the audit is delivered.

11Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Do Not Track

Browsers may send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed standard for responding to it, and this site does not currently respond to those signals.

Check before publishing: if you take enquiries from outside the United States, ask your attorney whether GDPR or other regimes apply and whether this section needs a legal-bases clause and an EU representative.

12Children's privacy

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13Third-party links

This site links to other websites, including Google properties and our clients' sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them. Read their policies before providing information.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on this site or by email where we have your address and the change affects you.
